CARGO INSPECTION SERVICES


Our Cargo Carrying units inspection services cover but not limited to:

BAJ B’s Inspection programme ensures that the Lifting points of Cargo Carrying Units
and associated Lifting Gears are inspected at the same time in compliance with any of
DNV 2.7-1, DNV 2.7-3 and EN 12079 standards.
PROOF LOAD TESTING
Proof load testing is deliberate overloading of an item of lifting equipment to
ensure it can perform to the required safe working load for which it is
designed to withstand in accordance with standards and manufacturer’s
guidance, by giving it a full-strength test. A proof load test is required on the installation of any lifting before the item is brought into service. it may also be required other circumstances as following a weld repair to the structural member, after a complete overhaul or at specific intervals defined by standards and regulations.

CRANE INSPECTION

Our crane inspection services cover mobile, offshore, overhead and tower cranes.We carry out thorough examinations, in-service inspections, and accident investigations.The crane inspections are performed by experienced and qualified crane inspectors.Upon completion, detailed inspection report and findings are made available to the customer in hard copies.

LIFTING GEARS INSPECTION


We offer Periodic inspection of lifting gears and equipment to determine the need for
repair or replacement of components of lifting equipment, basically ensuring that the
lifting equipment is safe and fit for use within all applicable jurisdictions, standards and regulations. After thorough Examination of lifting equipment with satisfactory result, documents of certifications/third party evaluation assessments can be issued in accordance with the local jurisdictions, standards or those of the destinations of the
lifting device.
